Timings flex with weather, river levels and what the forest is doing — your guide reads the day.

Days 1–2

Borneo Rainforest Lodge: the walkway

Arrive, brief with your guide on target species, then two mornings on the canopy walkway before other guests wake — hornbills, gibbons, mist. Night drives both evenings.

Days 3–4

River & hides

Riverbank sessions for kingfishers and whatever comes down to drink; portable hide placements around fruiting trees; macro night walks for frogs and invertebrates.

Days 5–6

Study Centre: towers & Bukit Atur

Transfer up the road. The ~33 m tower at dawn, Bukit Atur's cloud sea, pitta stakeouts, and full flexibility — the schedule follows the light and your list.

Day 7

Final dawn & out

One last session of your choosing, then the transfer to Lahad Datu. Itinerary fully customisable to target species and season.
